Staataverse is for 10x managers that believe a tool to manage invisible is possible. (Hi, we're Staat)
For the most part, we gather in our private discord. Members will be approved by the community leads in order to have access.
We ask that you kindly introduce yourself in the intros channel (we've provided some guidelines below):
1. Where you're based
2. What you're working on
3. Fun fact about yourself
4. What you're looking to get out of the community and what you're hoping to contribute
Although this is subject to change, we are looking to have weekly or bi-weekly community hangouts where we can talk through some of the more spirited conversations that happened during the week.
We'll also have regular installments of a more curated series called "Am I the Asshole?" where we'll workshop, as a group, real life scenarios where you aren't sure what the right answer was or what the best set of actions could have been. A retro for managers.
We'll also be sharing out weekly recaps of the most impactful conversations we've heard in the community in our weekly emails.
We highly suggest you look through all the channels and don't be shy to post or ask questions.
